Kentucky Public Preschool Workforce

This study provides insights into the compensation, benefits, professional development, and retention within Kentucky's early childhood education sector. The research utilized web-based surveys completed by a range of participants, including preschool coordinators and teaching staff. The surveys aimed to capture a broad spectrum of experiences and perceptions related to wages, benefits, work environment, and training.​
